1. Agreement to terms
By using this website or engaging Osumtech for services, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or engage our services.
2. Our services
Osumtech provides telecom, cloud infrastructure and managed IT services as described on this website. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines and pricing for any engagement are agreed separately with each client — typically over WhatsApp, email or a written quote — before work begins.
3. Quotes & pricing
Pricing on this site is not published because it depends on your specific requirements (call volume, server count, office footprint, etc.). Quotes provided over WhatsApp or email are estimates until confirmed in writing and are subject to change based on final scope.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information needed to deliver services (network access, credentials, site access, etc.) and to use our services lawfully. You’re responsible for maintaining any credentials or access we provide as part of an engagement.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom work delivered as part of a paid engagement (e.g. a web portal or configuration we build for you) becomes yours once paid in full. Osumtech retains rights to its own pre-existing tools, scripts and methodologies used to deliver that work.
6. Limitation of liability
We work to keep your infrastructure reliable, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service — infrastructure depends on factors outside our control (ISPs, third-party platforms, hardware failure). To the extent permitted by law, Osumtech isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services.
7. Termination
Either party may end an engagement per the terms agreed at its start. Work completed and accepted up to that point remains payable.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Islamabad, unless otherwise agreed in a specific client contract.
